Will Sharp

Will Sharp is passionate about Christ – living a life that portrays Him and supporting and empowering others to live a life that God would have them lead.

When the occasion came about to work with college students, he definitely wanted to pursue it. He realizes that God has blessed him with this wonderful opportunity to work alongside young adults that have that one major link in common: Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

He grew up in the church in Florence, AL, graduated from Freed Hardeman University with a B.S. in Biblical Studies, has a M.Div. from Heritage Christian University, and is currently pursuing a PhD from the University of the Cumberlands. Will has ministered to teens, soldiers, young adults, and the church as a whole. He strives to help individuals in their spiritual journey but more importantly he realizes that we are in this walk together.

He enjoys spending time with his family and the wonderful students in Tide 4 Christ, being outdoors, exploring God’s creation, and reveling in his knowledge of Superman.

Randy Latner

“I feel like the most difficult time in any person’s life is the transition period between high school and the working world. It’s when most young adults are trying to establish their own faith and they are away from their parents for the first time. Because of how pivotal this season of life is, that is why I have chosen to work in college ministry.”

Randy grew up in the church in Northport, Alabama and served as a college minister for the Northport, Cottondale, and North Tuscaloosa Churches of Christ for over 10 years. Currently, Randy is the interim college minister for Tide 4 Christ. He also works as a full time firefighter for the City of Tuscaloosa and an adjunct fire instructor for the Tuscaloosa City School Sytem.

When Randy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordan, and their dog Banner, going on vacations, or just relaxing at home.
